I strive to offer a high level of service to my clients, both buyers and sellers. Many of the people that buy properties in this area are doing so to have a 2nd home or home for retirement and / or investment. All properties here are so unique so it really requires a lot of personal service and that's what I find really makes a difference.

I have experience with new home sales, waterfront property sales, farms and land, horse properties, subdivision marketing and sales, lot sales both inland and waterfront as well as inland homes and even condos. Many of my clients are return clients that buy and sell homes and property on a repeat basis. Real Estate is my career and it is a full time commitment for me, but I do it so that I can provide a good home and quality living for my family... which is what really comes first for me. I have 2 wonderful children and a beautiful wife and we moved to the Middle Peninsula in 2003 in order to seek a higher quality of life.
